I totally loved the helpful staff. They were super quick with any requests i had (like extra towels!). the location was great, just a short walk to the metro and lots of restaurants. i enjoyed the free coffee and pastries available. It was a nice touch.
My room felt a bit small. There wasn't much space to sit other than the bed (maybe a cozy chair would help!).

i was charmed by how clean and well kept the room was (i chose the comfort double or twin room). the staff was super friendly and always ready to assist with directions. the location was also very convenient, near public transport. it made getting around the city so simple, and the private parking was at a good daily rate.
The street noise was a bit much at night. I'd recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. otherwise, i have no complaints.

The breakfast had many choices. It was surprisingly fantastic. they provided a package to go on early departure to the airport. I especially appreciated that. there are markets nearby for any additional needs.

The staff was helpful and kind through all hours. marti at the front reception was very helpful and professional. the front desk arranged a taxi for our ride to the port. It was very efficient.

The hotel provided complimentary bottled water and bottled wine in the room. the main door was always keycard locked. I felt safe here. public transport connections are quite good. It is easy to get around.

the receptionists were very kind! they helped me with directions and recommendations. my room was cleaned every day and the housekeeping was great. the location was also really convenient, near the underground.

the breakfast had plenty of options.
the photos online do not accurately represent reality. the room felt quite small and did not have adequate space for luggage. we paid for a beautiful queen size bedroom, but it felt claustrophobic with no privacy. i found the premises in need of maintenance, showing signs of wear and tear beyond the main reception area.
